
The 2023 Texas high school football state championships are set to unfold at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, where 24 teams will battle for supremacy. The games will run Wednesday through Saturday, with kickoff times at 11 a.m., 3 p.m., and 7 p.m. Central Time.
The schedule begins Wednesday with exciting matchups, including Class 1A Division I featuring Gordon vs. Westbrook, followed by Class 1A Division II with Benjamin vs. Oglesby, and Class 2A Division I with Tolar vs. Timpson.
Thursday’s slate includes a showdown between Albany and Mart in 2A Division II, followed by the highly anticipated 3A Division I game between Malakoff and Franklin, and Gunter taking on Tidehaven in 3A Division II.
On Friday, the action heats up with Anna vs. Chapel Hill (4A Division I), Gilmer vs. Bellville (4A Division I), and Aledo facing Smithson Valley (5A Division I). The night will culminate with South Oak Cliff vs. Port Neches-Grove in 5A Division II.
Saturday’s games feature two major matchups: Duncanville vs. North Shore in 6A Division I and DeSoto vs. Summer Creek in 6A Division II, promising thrilling conclusions to the state championship week.
These high-stakes games will showcase some of the nation’s top-ranked teams, including DeSoto, Duncanville, and North Shore, as they vie for the ultimate prize in Texas high school football.
